That made me think about Drea casually summarising our relationship that way, the whole lion and lamb theory, I guess it sort of is quite true? Haha.
Hear me out for a second, I mean, maybe, just maybe, I have this shield see, and I never let her see what she means to me. If only I had super powers now. That would make things easier now, wouldn't it? Haha.
Oh well, just some random thought. Makes good entry material eh? Hah!

By the way, I guess I should have mentioned this earlier. Lol.
Drea's display was/is "& so the lion fell in love with the lamb".
And mine now says "i feel a weakness coming on, never felt so good to be so wrong".

Love,
S.C.
Hello again familiar place.

I was once so skeptic about the (I-once-thought) highly over-rated Twilight saga.
But I guess the whole series has started growing on me ever since the near end of New Moon.
I'm FINALLY on the last book now. But I don't know how long I'll take to finish given my somewhat seemingly slack but actually busy schedule these days.

Well onto something else, we caught Watchemen yesterday. I say, the people who lived back then before us got it all right.
They knew what was coming and they sure knew how the world worked. Although it was adapted from a comic, I think it couldn't be more accurate!
As the saying goes, "the enemy of your enemy is your friend."
As such, the unknowing friendship was forged between Jacob and Edward.

Oops.
There I go now, letting myself get ahead with the whole Edward/Bella whirlwind.

Lastly,
My WoW character Danthae HAS FINALLY REACHED NORTHREND!

I think I just lost any reader I thought I had with that sentence.
Hahahahahahahaha.

Alright now,
This is where I stop.

Turns out the ceilings at the Esplanade were not in our favour for her to test her new flash so we stayed and watch Olivia (can't remember her surname) perform.

Oh before I forget, you guys should check out this Italian (I think) restaurant at the Esplanade called Al Dente. Quaint little restaurant facing the hawker at the Esplanade. Well, we had a pretty damn good (and costly) meal there. 'Cause Drea was craving for pasta. So... we settled there. She had the Bolognaise, as usual, and I tried the Spaghetti Arragosta in creamy garlic sauce. Damn, the pasta was good. That's our take on it of course. And to top it off, we finished the meal with a Macademia Scented Crème brulee. Well as long as she enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we were so hungry we didn't take any pictures before we started eating. Haha!

Okay we need to head to bed now. Blog again soon!
Pictures!

Guess someone's awake now!

By the way, the short hiatus on this blog was mainly due to a few reasons.
Here goes:

1. Silly has been staying over alot and we've been busy. Especially since her sister is officially flying alot now. We've been shuffling between Bukit Panjang - Town - Bedok Reservoir - (occasionally the airport) - Town - Bukit Panjang. Doesn't help that the petrol consumption on this car is like.. whacked. And that the petrol pricing just can't stay within the 'affordable' region. My so far closeted case of road rage has begun errupting in little outbursts (Drea can vouch for that). Haha! Sometimes I just start cursing. Uh huh! (I sense that I'm drifting off my main focus here.)

2. Ms Leong (aka up and coming famous person)
-
( This space is still saved for your first review. Scan and post, yep!)
-

3. My long awaited Holga has finally arrived! We collected it yesterday. Gonna go take pictures tonight! Fort Canning and the assplanade.

4. Mahjong has taken over.
Seriously.

Haha.

Okay,
Next entry, photos (and a review)! I promise!

Wow, this is the pioneer post of 2008 and I can't believe I'm gonna talk about what I'm gonna talk about.

Haha.

Anyway, going into 2008 reminded me of checking out for new seasons of the series/shows I was following.
Example: One Tree Hill, The L Word.

So, I surfed around and managed to navigate myself to the L Word fansite (www.l-word.com), and I realized that season 5 is out! Yay!
I know what I'll be doing tonight. I wonder if there are any hot new characters inside. Hahahahahahahahahahaha.
I only wish they'd bring back Carmen from season 3. Sarah Shahi. Mmmmmmhmmmmmm.

I guess I'll blog again later. I shall go find out if One Tree Hill is gonna be airing anytime soon or whether it was entirely dropped.
Eeks.

Oh! And,
I HATE NOKIA. If i ever buy another Nokia handphone (which is highly probable), PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try to stop me.

I sent my phone in for repair since last Wednesday and I've yet to hear from them. After numerous calls, they said yesterday that someone would give me a call today to go down and collect. Let's see how that turns out. So much for over the counter formalities and "your phone will be ready within 3-5 business days". Curse you Nokia!

Sony Ericsson, please come out with nice designs, Motorola, please have some better functional phones.

That being said, I certainly am looking forward to my birthday!
I can't wait to be twent-tee-three.
I want a place of my own, a car, lots of money, and all the pleasures money can bring!
